This hotel is situated in a bustling neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It's a great option for those with a long layover between flights, as it is conveniently located near the airport. Rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning, yet basic, lacking any artwork or decorations. Breakfast is included and served on the top floor with a lovely view. the staff are friendly and offer helpful service.
The shower water pressure is very weak and never gets hot, leaving guests feeling unsatisfied after washing up.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of Burmese dishes as well as eggs, fruit, toast, and coffee. the service was also outstanding, with friendly employees going above and beyond to help. the rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The hotel's location was a bit of a disadvantage, as it was a bit far from the main attractions. it was a bit difficult to find, especially at night.

The husband and wife team at the hotel were amazing. They ensured my comfort and even found the Women's World Cup final at 5:00am for me.

The location was fantastic as well, situated in a quiet but bustling area near the market. We found transportation to local attractions easily accessible and were pleased with the hotel's proximity to the airport. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating—overall, a fantastic experience.
Absolutely nothing negative to say about the hotel or this city.

Warm staff and affordable rates
During my recent business trip, I stayed at a family-run hotel that was welcoming and friendly. The warm staff was attentive to our needs and provided excellent customer service at affordable rates. The hotel location was convenient, with several transportation options available nearby. The clean rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and flat-screen TVs, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the mini-bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced, making it easy to enjoy a drink or snack after a long day.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the one downside was the noise isolation. As the hotel is located close to a busy street, there was a lot of street noise that disturbed our sleep.
